New residential clients start with Deep Cleaning. Once that baseline is established, Standard Cleaning becomes the maintenance service for weekly, biweekly or monthly visits.

Guest-Ready Cleaning & Turnover Services

One flat rate per property, based on size and cleaning needs. Jazzy Fresh handles the details between guest stays so your rental is fresh, welcoming and ready for the next arrival. Completion photos are provided by 2:30 each turn. Owners keep three linen sets per bed at the property.
